In the performance section, you can optimize your system by making adjustments across various categories. There’s also an option for quick optimizations: PC Fresh will then choose the changes for you, so you don’t have to go through all the explanations. If you prefer to stay in control, you can explore the System, System Startup, Network, NTFS, Memory, and Visualization sections and make your own decisions.
Optimizations are carried out based on your settings to improve performance or reduce response times. You can run the automatic optimization by clicking the 
button. If you disagree with a recommendation, you can simply ignore it.
At the bottom of the screen, an overview is provided showing how many recommendations are pending and whether you have intentionally ignored any of them.
