
If the arrow is red and has a pause symbol, then either the source or the destination folder was not found. This can have several reasons:
- The source or destination folder has been deleted.
- The source or destination folder is on an external drive (e.g. USB stick) which is not connected to the computer.
- The source or destination folder has been renamed.
- The source or destination folder is on a NAS (network attached storage) and the IP has been changed or the network attached storage is not connected.
You can create a new SyncJob at any time and delete the old one. Your files will not be lost.
